“Tao Tie” Rings

This pair of silver rings was crafted using the lost wax casting technique. The relief patterns are inspired by ancient Chinese bronze artifacts from the Bronze Age—objects that once symbolized ritual authority and power. Drawing from the intricate motifs found on ceremonial vessels, the designs reference mythical beasts such as the Tao Tie, one of the nine sons of the dragon. Traditionally believed to offer protection and attract fortune, these patterns reflect a deep connection to heritage and symbolism.
